Mr. Kunakorn Preechachanachai, Advisor to the Minister of Commerce, said that in order to promote and protect community products, especially high-value agricultural products with geographical indications or GIs in a comprehensive manner, starting from developing the potential of producers, expanding marketing channels, creating awareness for GI products to be known and accepted by consumers both domestically and internationally, including supporting the establishment of a system for controlling product quality, production processes, and sources so that GI products meet the standards as registered and are accepted internationally.
